5 Star Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced into strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large Portobello mushroom
5 sprigs fresh thyme
Garlic powder
Onion powder
3 cloves fresh garlic
Butter
Milk
Parsley
Pepper
Mozzarella cheese
Red bell pepper
Green bell pepper
Onion
Flat egg noodles
White wine (Sauvignon Blanc)
Directions for 5 Star Chicken Casserole Recipe
Turn oven on to 325 degrees
Cook the chicken breasts and cut them into strips
Season chicken with onion, garlic, pepper, and olive oil
Saute the red, bell peppers, garlic cloves, and mushrooms
Cook the noodles: drain
In a casserole dish add the noodles, cream of mushroom and 1/2 cup milk
Next add the sauted vegetables, parsely, and thyme
Lay the chicken strips on top of the noodles
Top with mushrooms and mozzarella cheese
Pour one cup of wine on top of the casserole dish
Bake for 1 hour
