Easy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
5 to 6 chicken breasts
1 to 2 packages frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup butter
6 oz. grated cheese (any kind)
Bread crumbs
Directions for Easy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Turn oven to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the chicken until tender
- In a seperate pan, cook the broccoli until done
- Mix the soups together along with lemon juice, mayo, and button. Heat soup mixture
- In the casserole dish, layer the chicken, broccoli, and soup mixture.
- Cook for 30 minutes
This Easy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole recipe was delicious. I used this recipe as a quick dinner when I wasn't sure to make. Family favorite!

1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups water
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- Turn oven on to 375 degrees
- In a pan, boil the rice and simmer until tender
- In a seperate bowl, bring water to a boil and add broccoli florets, cooking until tender. Chop into smaller pieces
- In a bowl, mix together the rice, cooked chicken cheese, cream of chicken, almonds, curry and garlic powder, yogurt, lemon juice, pepper, and broccoli
- Pour chicken mixture into casserole dish
- Cook for 30 minutes
