Easy Chicken Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
5 pork chops
2 cup minute rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup (diluted with milk)

Turn oven to 325 degrees
Cook the pork chops until browned
Place the pork chops into a casserole dish
Add the rice and chicken soup over the pork chops
Bake for 1 and a half hours
Yum! This easy chicken pork chop casserole recipe was really good. I used 3 boneless porkchops and browned them on each side for about 3-5 minutes. I then placed them in a casserole dish and put sliced onions and 1 can of mushrooms on top.

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 (10.75 ounce) can water
1 cup mushrooms, diced
4 pork chops
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, mix together the mushroom soup, onion soup, water, and diced mushrooms
- In a pan, cook the pork chops until browned
- Add the pork chops into casserole dish
- Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops in the casserole dish
- Bake for 1 and a half hours
