Egg Ham Breakfast Casserole Recipe
8 slices firm bread
1 cup cooked ham, cubed
8 oz. cheddar cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Topping
1 1/2 cup uncrushed cornflakes
1/4 cup butter
Directions for Egg Potato Breakfast Casserole
Turn oven to 375 degrees
1. Remove crust from bred and cut the bread slices in half
2. In a casserole dish, add half the bread, half the ham, and half of mozzarella cheese and cheddar chese. Repeat process.
3. Mix the eggs, milk and seasoning together. Pour over casserole mixture. Mix the cornflakes and melted butter and top casserole dish.
4. Bake for 35 Minutes
