Sausage Mushroom Breakfast Casserole Recipe
1 1/2 pounds breakfast sausage
1 box seasoned croutons
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package grated cheese
1 1/2 cup milk
5 eggs
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Turn oven to 350 degrees
In a pan, cook sausage until browned. In a casserole dish add croutons into bottom. Add sausage over croutons.
In a seperate bowl, mix soup, eggs, and mushrooms. Mix well and pour over casserole mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes
