Chicken and Chilies Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
3 (6 oz.) cans chicken
3 cans chopped chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can evaporated milk
1/2 onion, chopped
1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
1 (7 oz.) bag Doritos, coarsely crushed

Turn oven on to 350 degrees
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the cheese.
Pour chicken mixture into casserole dish
Top with cheese and bake for 40 minutes
This was great! For the chicken and chilies casserole recipe, I made only a few changes I left out the mushrooms and used a taco blend cheese. I served it with a salad, . I will certainly be making this again

8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 tomatoes, peeld and diced
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
hot cooked rice
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Place the chicken breasts into casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper
- In a bowl, mix together the cheese, mushrooms, cream of chicken soup, and diced tomatoes
- Add soup mixture into casserole dish
- Top with chilies
- Bake for 35 minutes
- Service casserole dish over rice
