Chicken Cheddar Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup cooked chicken
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup uncooked fast cooking rice
Casserole Crust
3/4 cup salad oil
1/3 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cup flour
Directions for Chicken Cheddar Casserole Recipe
Turn oven on to 425 degrees
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together
Press the dough into casserole dish forming a bottom and side layer
Pour the chicken mixture into casserole dish
Add remaining dough on top of chicken
Bake for 35 minutes
Very popular chicken cheddar casserole recipe at our house. We replaced the cheddar cheese with some hickory smoked cheddar, and added some hot pepper sauce. Fresh grated pepper is good, too

1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 C. Milk
1 C. cooked Chicken, diced
2 C. cooked Noodles
2 Tbsp. Pimento diced
1 Tbsp. chopped Parsley
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients
- Pour chicken mixture into casserole dish
- Bake for 30 minutes
