Company Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
4 cans (5 oz. each) shredded chicken in water
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 can (5.25 oz.) milk
1 box (6 oz.) chicken flavored stuffing
7 slices American cheese singles
Handful broccoli
Chicken seasoning
All purpose seasoning
Dash pepper
Directions for Company Chicken Casserole Recipe
Turn oven on to 350 degrees
Drain the chicken and add it into the casserole dish
Add seasoning onto chicken
Mix the soup and 1/2 a can of milk, pouring onto casserole
Prepare the stuffing according to package directions and add over chicken
Finsigh casserole dish with broccoli and cheese
Bake for 1 hour
This company chicken casserole recipe was very simple to prepair, and a real crowd pleaser. I made a time saving change by using a store-bought rotisserie chicken and have tried different cheeses like pepper jack and sharp chedder.

6 slices bread, crust removed
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 slices Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices processed American cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Add the sliced bread into the casserole dish
- Top with the cooked chicken
- In a pan, saute the mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of butter
- Add the mushrooms on top of the chicken
- Next add the chestnuts, mayo, and cheeses
- In a bowl, mix together the eggs and milk: Pour over casserole
- In a seperate bowl, mix together the soups and pour over eggs
- Bake for 1 hour
- Add remaining butter and bread crumbs and bake for 10 more minutes
