Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can celery soup
1 cup rice
1/2 stick butter, diced
Directions for Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole
Turn oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl, mix together the rice, soups, and butter
Pour soup mixture into casserole dish
Add the chicken into the casserole dish and top with salt and pepper
Bake for 40 minutes
I have enjoyed this easy chicken and rice casserole recipe for years. I do enjoy adding dry onion soup mix sprinkled over the top. It gives the dish the extra taste i'm looking for. Must have!

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces
2 cups milk
2 cups uncooked white rice
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, mix the rice, soup, milk, and salt
- Pour soup mixture into casserole dish
- Add the pieces of chicken
- Bake for 90 minutes
