Easy Shrimp Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can uncooked rice
1 pound shrimp
3/4 stick butter
Directions for Easy Shrimp Casserole
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients
- Pour the shimp mix into casserole dish
- Bake for 50 minutes
I sauteed some shrimp in garlic butter for this and cooked my rice with a bay leaf and a clove. Then put everything together and it turned out lovely. Great easy shrimp casserole recipe.

2 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pint leftover rice
2 pints leftover garlic shrimp
3/4 cup toasted panko bread crumbs (Japanese bread crumbs)
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, add the chicken stock and cornstarch and simmer for 2-3 minutes
- Add in the cream and red pepper
- In a casserole dish add in the rice and garlic shrimp
- Pour the cram mixture over shrimp casserole
- Top with the panko
- Cook for 45 minutes
