Seafood Casserole Clam Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 stick butter
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1 can mushroom pieces, drained
1/2 pound small shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/2 pound scallops
1/2 package artificial crabmeat (optional)
1/2 small bag Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing mix, coarsely crushed
1 pound cod, haddock or any mild white fish
Thick white sauce
1 (7 oz.) can chopped clams (do not drain)
Directions for Seafood Casserole Clam Sauce Recipe
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, water, seasonigs, and eggs
- Add in the shrimp, crab, scallops, and stuffing mix
- Mix everything together to form a moist stuffing
- Add the white fish to a casserole dish
- Top with the stuffing mix
- Bake casserole for 20-25 minutes
If I were on death row this seafood casserole clam sauce recipe would be my last meal. Absolutely one of my favorite things in the world.
