Seafood Casserole with Scallops and Shrimp
Ingredients
1 pound shrimp
1 pound scallops
1/2 pound butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 package Ritz crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions for Seafood Casserole with Scallops and Shrimp
- Turn oven on to 375 degrees
- In a casserole dish, add the melted butter
- Add in the shrimp and scallops to the casserole
- Season with oregano, garlic, cheese, and paprika
- Crush some crackers and top casserole
- Bake for 10 minutes
I wasn't sure about this Seafood Casserole with Scallops and Shrimp Recipe, but it turned out to be one of my favorite seafood dishes.
