Mexican Cornbread Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
2 boxes cornbread mix
1 pound ground beef
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can regular corn
1 can creamed corn
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions for Mexican Cornbread Casserole Recipe
- Turn your oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, add the ground beef and taco seasoning, cooking the meat until browned
- Mix the cornbread mix with 1/2 cream corn and 1/2 regular corn
- In a casserole dish, add in half of the cornbread
- Top the corbread with the ground beef and remaining corn
- Add other half of cornbread and end with cheese
- Bake for 40 minutes
