Seafood Salad Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound Seafood Salad
1 pound fozen peas
1 (8 oz.) package noodles
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can cream of celery soup
10 Ritz crackers, crushed, or bread cubes
Directions for Seafood Salad Casserole Recipe
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Cook the noodles following package directions
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Add seafood mixture into casserole dish
- Top with crushed crackers or some bread crumbs
- Bake for 45 minutes
This is a good seafood salad casserole recipe, but when I make it again I will use half the amount of butter, milk, and flour. As the recipe stands, the casserole is more like a rich seafood gravy
