Spaghetti Casserole with Ground Chuck Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 tablespoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) box spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/2 cup sharp cheese chunks
1 (14 oz.) jar black olives
3/4 cup grated cheese
Directions for Spaghetti Casserole with Ground Chuck
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the ground chuck until brown
- Add in the next 9 ingredients and simmer for 2 hours
- Cook the spaghetti following directions
- In a casserole dish, add in the meat sauce, spaghetti, and cheese
- Bake for 20 minutes
This was a very easy spaghetti casserole ground chuck recipe! My family of all six enjoyed it. Next time I think I will add some extra cheese for the kids.
