Easy Enchilada Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef or chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 soup can of milk
Large can of green chilies
Grated Cheddar cheese
Flour tortilla shells
Directions for Easy Enchilada Casserole Recipe
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the ground beef or chicken until brown
- Add in milk, green chilies, sour cream, and soups
- In a casserole dish, add in the meat mixture
- Top with torn tortilla shells
- Next add in cheddar cheese
- Repeat layers ending with cheese
- Bake for 1 hour
Fantastic easy enchilada casserole recipe! Super easy to make and it tastes great! It was a big hit with my family. I ended up shredding my chicken after boiling it
