Mexican Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (15 ounce) can ranch-style beans
1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 ounce) package corn tortillas
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chili powder
Directions for Mexican Casserole Recipe
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the ground beef until browned
- Add in the chili powder, tomatoes, beans, and soup
- In a casserole dish, add in a layer of tortillas
- For the mexican casserole, next add in a layer of beef mixture
- Repeat with tortillas and beef
- Top casserole with cheese
- Bake mexican casserole for 30 minutes
This mexican casserole recipe was excelent. I used Baked Doritos instead of tortillas. This mexican dish is awesome.
