Mexican Casserole with Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (14.5 ounce) package nacho-flavor tortilla chips
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup shredded processed cheese
Directions for Mexican Casserole with Tortilla Chips
- Turn oven to 375 degrees
- In a bowl, mix together the the soups, green chile, milk, and tomatoes
- Add the torilla chips into a casserole dish
- Top the torilla chips with the boneless chicken
- Pour the soup mixture over mexican casserole
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Top torillas casserole with shredded cheese
- Bake for 10 more minutes
My family always made this when I was a kid, and now I make it for my family. This Mexican Casserole with Tortilla Chips is cheesy and spicy from the peppers.
