Pizza Pasta Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 jars (28 ounces each) spaghetti sauce
1 package (16 ounces) spiral pasta, cooked and drained
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
8 ounces sliced pepperoni
Directions for Pizza Pasta Casserole Recipe
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the beef and onion until browned
- Drain and stir in the cooked pasta and pasta
- Transfer the beef mixture into a casserole dish
- Top with cheese and pepperoni
- Bake for 30 minutes
I tried this pizza pasta casserole recipe for camping outings and everyone loved it and was asking for the recipe. I did, however, make one small change. When boiling the pasta, cook only to al dente
