Potato Pizza Casserole with Sausage Recipe

Ingredients

Thinly sliced potatoes (enough to fill a 2-quart casserole dish 3/4 full)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon dry minced onion

1 can cream style corn

1 can pizza sauce

1 pound pork sausage links, cut in fourths

Directions for Potato Pizza Casserole with Sausage

- Turn oven on to 350 degrees

- In a casserole dish, add the sliced potatoes

- Sprinkle on some salt, pepper, and onion

- Mix in the cream corn

- Top with pieces of sausage

- Add pizza sauce

- Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes
