Shrimp and Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
3 cup cooked rice
2 cup cooked shrimp
2 cup milk
1 tablspoon butter
1/2 cup catsup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Buttered bread crumbs
Directions for Shrimp and Rice Casserole Recipe
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the bread crumbs
- Pour the shrimp mixture into a casserole dish
- Top with the bread crumbs
- Bake for 30 minutes
This was a very good shrimp and rice casserole recipe (and I'm not a casserole eater!. I added one can cream of mushroom and one can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic.
