Spaghetti Cheese Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
Directions for Spaghetti Cheese Casserole Recipe
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Cook the spaghetti noodles following directions
- Drain water
- Mix in the mozzarella cheese, romano, parmesan, garlic powder, eggs, salt, oil, and pepper
- Pour the spaghetti mixture into a casserole dish
- Top with spaghetti sauce
- Bake for 30 minutes
My son andrew and I created this fantastic spaghetti cheese casserole recipe that is such a hit there are never any leftovers. I recommend serving this Italian casserole with a salad and garlic bread.
