Cheeseburger Macaroni Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded process cheese (Velveeta)
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions for Cheeseburger Macaroni Casserole Recipe
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the ground beef, garlic, and onion until browned
- In a large bowl, mix together the milk, soups, pepper, and basil
- Mix in the beef mixture, macaroni, and cheese
- Add the cheeseburger mixture into a casserole dish
- Top with bread crumbs
- Bake for 50 minutes
