Impossible Cheeseburger Pie
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup buttermilk baking mix
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. With a pie plate, grease it up
3. In a pan, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is brown. Drown out fat.
4. Mix in some salt and pepper and pour mixture into the pie plate.
5. In a seperate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and baking mix until nice and creamy. Pour egg mixture into pie plate
6. Bake for 25 minutes



Italian Beef and Potato Casserole
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground chuck
1 1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (32 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup water
1 tsp dried whole basil
1 tsp dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cup (8 ox) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions
1. Preheat over to 375 Degrees
2. In a pan, cook the ground chuck, garlic, and onions until meat is brown. Drain out fat.
3. Once ground chuck is cooked, add in the spaghetti sauce, basil, water, and pepper.
4. Take about a third of the ground beef mixture and pour into a casserole dish
5. Next layer on half of the potato slices. Repeat layers ending with the ground chuck
6. Cook for 1 hour
7. Top with cheese and back for about 5 more minutes



Easy Mexicali Dinner
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 oz (3 cups) medium noodles, cooked and drained
1 pound can of diced tomatoes
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
2. In a pan, cook the ground beef and onion until meat is brown. Drain the fat
3. Mix in the cooked noodles, tomatoes, tomato past, olives, cheese, and seasonings
4. Pour into casserole dish
5. Bake for 45 minutes


Hamburger Casserole for Crock Pot
Ingredients
2 large size potatoes, sliced
2 to 3 medium carrots, sliced
1 can peas, well drained
3 medium onions, sliced
1 1/2 pound lean ground beef, browned, drained, and rinsed
1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz can water

Directions
1. In a crock pot, places all the vegetables and potatoes near the bottom
2. Season each layer you add with some salt and pepper
3. In a pan, cook the ground beef until lightly browned and add to crock pot.
4. Mix in the tomato soup with water and pour into a crock pot
5. Cover the casserole and set on LOW for 6-8 hours
