Breakfast Pizza Casserole
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
6 eggs
1 c. (4 oz.) grated Longhorn Cheddar cheese
Garnishes: cherry tomato halves, parsley sprigs
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the sausage until browned. Drain well
- Use the crescent roll dough and press into casserole dish, sealing all perforations
- Bake at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes
- Add sausage to casserole dish.
- Next layer with hashbrowns
- In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs and pour over casserole
- Bake for 25 minutes and top with cheese
Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Pizza Casserole
Ingredients
1/2 pound Bacon, cooked and crumpled
1 Pastry for single crust pie (9 inch size)
2 cups Shredded Swiss cheese
4 Eggs
1 1/2 cup Sour cream
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsle
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Take the roll pastry (cresent rolls work well) and press into casserole dish. Bake for 4-5 minutes
- Top with cooked bacon and cheese
- In a bowl, mix together the eggs, sour cream and parsley
- Pour egg mixture into casserole dish
- Bake for 35-40 minutes
Amish Breakfast Pizza Casserole
Ingredients:
1 pound sausage
1 cup shredded potatoes, fresh or frozen
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Biscuits, unbaked
- Turn oven on to 375 degrees
- Cook sausage until browned, drain well
- Take the biscuit dough and press into casserole dish.
- Add sausage into casserole dish
- Layer with hashbrowns and cheddar cheese
- In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour into casserole
- Bake for 30 minutes
