Ham Breakfast Casserole
18 (1 ounce) slices white bread, cubed
8 ounces cooked ham, cubed
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups diced Swiss cheese
6 eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1/2 cup butter, melted
- Turn oven on to 375 degrees
- In casserole dish, add half cubed bread
- Layer on the ham, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, and remaining cubed bread
- In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, and onion powder
- Pour egg mixture into casserole dish
- Cook for 40 minutes
Ham Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
8 slices white bread (or any bread you like)
1 cup ham, diced
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 cups milk
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Place 4 bread slices into the casserole dish
- Add ham, mushrooms, and cheese
- Cover with 4 more bread slices
- In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, onion flakes, paresley, and lemon pepper
- Pour egg mixture into casserole dish
- Cook for 60 minutes
Ham Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
12 slices white bread, crusts removed, torn into small pieces
3 cups cooked, cubed ham
3 to 4 cups chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
5 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
tablespoons melted butter
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Places half bread pieces into bottom of casserole dish
- Layer on ham, broccoli, and cheese
- In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard
- In the casserole dish, add remaining bread
- Pour egg mixture into casserole dish
- Bake for 45 minutes
