Easy Breakfast Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups dry chicken stove top stuffing mix (from the canister)
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cubed ham (or use Bob Evans Sausage, cooked, drained well, and crumbled)
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Turn oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, mix together the ggs, milk, stuffing mix, ham, cheese, and salt
- Pour egg mixture into the casserole dish
- Bake for 45 minutes
Easy Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
3/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mushrooms & pieces
5 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
6-8 slices of bread (cubed)
- Turn oven to 350 degrees
- In a casserole dish, placed the cubed bread pieces
- Add cooked bacon, sausage, or ham on top
- Top with cheese and mushrooms
- In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper
- Pour egg mixture into casserole dish
- Bake for 35 minutes
Easy Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 pkg. crescent rolls
Salt and pepper
- In a casserole dish, line the bottom and sides with the crescent roll dough
- In a seperate pan, cook the sausage until browned. Drain fat
- Add sausage into casserole dish
- Top with cheese
- In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, salt, and pepper
- Pour egg mixture into casserole dish
- Use the second package of cresent roll doug and place on top of the casserole
- Bake according to the directions on the cresent roll package
