Sausage Breakfast Casserole
6 slices bread, cubed
1 pound sausage, browned, drained
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
8 each eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon, salt
pepper to taste
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a casserole dish, add the cubed bread
- In a pan, cook the sausage until browned. Drain fat
- In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper
- Add cooked sausage into casserole dish
- Pour egg mixture over sausage and bread
- Cook for 45 minutes
Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
8 white bread slices, cut into cubes
1 pound bulk pork sausage, crumbled and cooked
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar
10 large eggs
2 cups milk (do not use lowfat or nonfat)
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Place cubed sliced bread pieces into casserole dish
- In a pan, cook the pork sausage until browned. Drain the fat
- Add sausage into the casserole dish
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, and salt
- Pour egg mixture into casserole dish
- Cook for 50 minutes
Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
1/2 stick butter
1 small sweet onion chopped
1 small green pepper chopped
3 medium tomatoes chopped
24 ounce bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
12 eggs beaten
1 pound hot breakfast sausage cooked crumbled and drained
3 cups cheddar cheese shredde
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the sausage until browned, draining fat
- Melt 1/2 stick of butter in casserole dish
- In a casserole dish, add the hash browns to the bottomo f the pan
- Layer on vegetable, salt, and pepper
- Add sausage into casserole dish
- In a seperate bowl, beat the eggs
- Pour egg mixture over sausage in casserole dish
- Bake for 45 minutes
