Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole
1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls
1 (8 ounce) package brown and serve sausages
2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
- Turn oven to 400 degrees
- Separate the crescent dough into 2 large rectangles
- In a casserole dish, place the crescent dough into the bottom and sides, creating a crust
- Slice up the sausages and place on crescent dough
- Sprinkle with the montery jack cheese
- Mix together other ingredients and pour over sausage
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
Crescent Breakfast Casserole
8 oz. can of crescent rolls (I used reduced fat)
8-10 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled OR your choice of breakfast meat (ham, sausage, etc.)
6-8 eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded cheese (jack, cheddar, colby – whatever you have on hand)
2-3 tbsp milk
salt and pepper, to taste

- Turn oven on to 400 degrees
- Line the casserole dish with the crescent roll dough, forming a crust on the bottom and sides
- Add the crumbled bacon and cheese over the dough
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper and pour into casserole dish
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
Crescent Roll Casserole
1 (8 ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound hot sausage or turkey sausage, cooked well and drained
2 1/2 cups grated Monterey jack cheese
6 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons minced green bell pepper
1 cup milk
Salt and black pepper to taste
- Turn oven to 425 degrees
- In a casserole dish, press the crescent dough into the bottom and sides of the dish
- Add cooked sausage into the bottom of the casserole dish
- Sprinkle with the montery jack cheese
- Mix together other ingredients and pour over sausage
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Serve with salsa.
Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole Recipe
1 pound pork sausage
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Turn oven on to 325 degrees
- Take the crescent roll dough and press into the casserole dish, making a crust around the bottom and sides
- Add the crumbled sausage to the casserole dish
- In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, oregano, mozz cheese, and cheddar
- Pour egg mixture into casserole
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes
