French Toast Breakfast Casserole
1 loaf French bread (13 to 16 ounces)
8 large eggs
2 cups half-and-half
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Dash salt
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Slice the french bread into 20 slices at 1 inch thick
- Add the slices of bread into a casserole dishes, overlapping the bread
- In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, half and half, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg
- Pour egg mixture over the bread slices
- Bake for 40 minutes

Ingredients
5 cups bread cubes
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup white sugar, divided
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon margarine, softened
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a casserole dish, add the bread cubes
- In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt, and vanilla
- Pour the egg mixture into the casserole dish
- Sprinkle the remaining sugar and cinnamon over the top
- Cook for 45 minutes
French Toast Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
10 slices white bread
1/4 lb. soft butter
1/2 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Add slices of bread into casserole dish
- Top with raisins and 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Add remaining slices of bread and use remaining cinnamon
- In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, and vanilla
- Pour egg mixture into casserole dish
- Cook for 45 minutes
